Tips for storing jewelry
We recommend that you always store your rings, bracelets and earrings individually. By storing them individually, you prevent your jewelry from becoming scratched or getting tangled with other pieces of jewelry.
The best way to store your jewelry is in the jewelry box we provide. This additionally protects your jewelry from oxidizing.
We recommend that you store your chains hanging. This will prevent them from getting tangled up. To prevent your jewelry from tarnishing, we recommend protecting it from extreme moisture or heat.
Tips for cleaning your jewelry
Regular cleaning helps keep your jewelry shiny for a very long time. We recommend one of the following two methods: Gently rub your jewelry with a mild dish soap, warm water and a soft toothbrush. Then wash them with warm water and let them air dry on a kitchen towel. You can also remove small traces of dirt and the first signs of fatigue with a cleaning cloth. Please note that there are different cloths for different metals. Polish your piece of jewelry gently and gently, as rubbing too intensively could dull the coating.
If you follow our tips for storing and cleaning your jewelry correctly, you can avoid wear and tear and your favorites will stay shiny for a very long time. Just be aware that it is completely normal for metals to oxidize over time and require care. How quickly or slowly your jewelry wears out can also depend, for example, on the pH value of your skin and the type of jewelry care.

Return or exchange
We do not offer returns and/or exchanges on our products.
Excluded are: Non-adjustable rings that were ordered in the wrong size. If rings are ordered in the wrong size, the customer is liable for redelivery.
Rings that are no longer in stock in the desired size will be replaced with a voucher for the purchase value.
The rings must be returned in their original packaging and unworn within 7 working days of receipt. Please provide the order number and your own address, otherwise we cannot assign the order.
Products that are damaged or destroyed during transport by third parties must be reported by the customer to the responsible shipping company. We reserve the right to arrange for returned rings that are not in their original condition or show signs of wear to be returned at the customer's expense.
The renewed delivery costs for Switzerland are CHF 5.30 and for the EU CHF 19.90 and must be paid before the renewed delivery.
